Programs / Minis · ages 4–6

First kicks,
big smiles

Minis is where football begins: 45 minutes of guided play that build coordination, balance, and confidence. No drills-for-drills’-sake — every exercise hides inside a game, and every child touches the ball hundreds of times.

What Minis entails

Play first. Technique follows.

At 4 to 6, attention spans are short and bodies are learning fast. Sessions rotate through short stations — dribbling jungles, target shooting, animal-movement warmups — so children practice running, stopping, turning, and kicking without ever standing in line.

Groups are capped at 10 players with two coaches, and parents watch from the family zone with coffee in hand.

None at all. Most Minis have never kicked a ball before their first session — the program is designed exactly for that starting point.
Yes. A fenced family zone runs along the pitch, and coaches invite parents onto the grass for the last ten minutes of Saturday game day.
Just sneakers, shin guards, and water. Balls, bibs, and the first kit are provided by the academy.
