Play to
compete

Teens is competitive football: tactical understanding, athletic conditioning, and full-sided league play. Three 90-minute sessions a week, video review, and position-specific coaching that prepares players for high-school teams and beyond.

What Teens entails

Advanced training for competitive football action.

Sessions mirror a professional week: activation and conditioning, tactical units (pressing, build-up, set pieces), and an 11v11 training match every Friday under the lights. Strength work is bodyweight-based and supervised — built for growing athletes, not borrowed from adult gyms.

Each month includes a 20-minute video review where players study their own decisions with a coach. It’s the fastest mirror in football.

Yes. New players attend a free assessment session, then join the group that matches their level — development squads train alongside the league squad with the same coaches.
Rostergate fields U14, U16, and U18 sides in the regional youth league, playing home fixtures at our stadium on weekends from September to May.
Every Teens player gets a seasonal development report that doubles as a tryout portfolio, and our staff advises families on school and college pathways.
